Hi Eric,
What snapshot you are actually trying to take from this cameras 3535? Is the cameras live feed snapshot you want or something else?
Also, what is the VSM version you are using in your environment. you can drag the camera to Monitor video section and right click on pane, and select "Take Snapshot" option.
Please refer the attachment, if you are looking for this from VSOM page.
Thanks,
Jayesh

Hi Jayesh,
Thanks for your reply. I m using VSM Version 7.6.0. I trying to get the cameras live feed snapshot every 1 minute or so and store it into a directory where I can point my web server to display the snapshot from the camera in a web page.
is there a way to get that done on VSM or the camera 3535 itself?
What is the URL for getting snapshots from Cisco 3535 IP Cameras?
I tried http://ipaddress/adm/snapshot.cgi doesn't work for my 3535 IP Camera
if yes please help.
Thanks
Eric

You may need to look into leveraging the VSM API to develop something custom. I'm sure there is a way via the API to retrieve a camera snapshot from the VSM server(s) themselves.
