I have five Axis 212 PTZ cameras installed on VSMS/VSOM 6.2.1/4.2.1 and the PTZ controls do not work correctly in VSOM. The zoom works but the PAN does not. Any ideas?

With the Axis 212 PTZ cameras you need to zoom in first then, you will

be able to pan thr camera.

What firmware version are you running on the Axis cameras? I have a different problem when running 4.40 and 4.49 but I was curious about your firmware version.
