No video feed through VSOM for SD cameras

Hello All,

We have recentrly upgraded our VSMS,VSOM servers to 6.3.2

I have noticed that i cannot view any video feed through the VSOM for all the 2421 SD cameras,

all we see is a black sreen with no error messages.

In contrary, i can see the video feed for all the HD-4500 cameras.

Also, i can view the video for the sd through their gui but not through VSOM.

Does anyone experienced this ??

What firmware versions are on your cameras?

Our cameras are: 2421: version 2.1.6 and 4500 : version 2.3.1-1

Have you experienced this situation as well??

What about the archives? Can you view them? How many screens are you trying to see at a time? I think it may be a graphics card issue.

Finally, i have managed to solve this.

It was quite odd behaviour with an odd solution!

The problem was related with the account privileges on the WinXp.

We run the installation for the newest Cisco Client 6.3.2 succesfully but we couldnt see any video feed.

But, as soon as we run the installation using an Administrator account then the video could be visible...
