Thank you for reaching out via the Cisco Support Community forums. I understand that you are having an issue with the 6000 series cameras related to remote focus adjustment over a vpn. Are there any other details you can provide to further clarify the issue you are observing?
What operating systems and what web browsers and versions have you tried?
Does the same issue present when attempting this on other client PCs, or is your experience focused around a single PC?
What is the firmware version, and have all the 6000 cameras you have tried had the identical issue (and same firmware?)
Once we get some of these details out in the open, the community will be closer to understanding the exact issue and I hope trigger a solution.
