We have a CPAM server and many gateways. I was wondering if there was a way to hit a web page, call a phone number, etc that would allow a user to remotely unlock or "buzz in" a door. We could wire a power disconnect to the mag, but I am trying to find a way that would let multiple users do this remotely. Thanks.

I have tested a VoIP intercom to release a door using a three digit number sequence from a phone. It is wired in a series electrically to the same power source as the mag-lock. We use to release doors in another building. We are now looking at creating a virtualized button to provide the same functiion. I can give you product names if you want.

You should use the API.

You could also wire an input device to the Cisco Gateway input
and create an action in CPAM. This would simulate the "BUZZ" from legacy systems. If you need more details on implementing this just let me know.
