SASD Video Viewer 2012 r2

Has any one been able to get SASD video viewer or the full client working on Windows server 2012 R2

i get the following error on starting the application' the program cant start because mc_dec_avc.dll is missing'

While I seem to recall historical posts of other users attempting to get it functional, I haven't looked into it myself as it's not a supported Operating System.  Something tells me it would be marginally functional at best. :-/

I have also tried to get it to work via IE but it crashes as soon as i go to open a camera,

FIrefox works but i dont have PTZ control

I understand you have attempted to utilise different web browsers, but unfortunately, the *underlying Operating System* isn't supported and is likely the source of the issues.

What version of VSOM are you running? Have you tried running as administrator?

Hi we are using version 7.7, yes i have tried running as admin but no good, it wont even work in IE as soon as i open a camera in IE it will crash, i have got it working in firefox but we dont have access to PTZ
