Showing below error while upgrading VSOM 7.6.0 to 7.7.0

Are you simply trying to *upload* the software pack at this point?

What browser are you using?

I am uploading the software from VSOM and its uploaded on VSOM but if i click on copy to server than this error message showing.We have two servers one have both media server and VSOM other have only media server. Software uploaded on VSOM but not copying to the media server.

Not sure what to tell you.  I've always upgraded each server directly from it's own VSMC (now CDAF I guess) page.

Can you upload the package directly to the media servers VSMC console UI and upgrade it that way?  

You may need to open a TAC case otherwise.

Sometime while uploading the software pack the server losses the connection with network, which may cause this issue. Check the ping continuously at the same time, it may give some clear idea about that.
