Unable to add CIVS-2500W in VSM7

Hello All,

I am unable to add the CIVS-IPC-2500W to our new VSM7.It gives the following error:

Operation failed: Failed to verify camera 10.104.22.130. Please check IP address or login credential or model.

I have verified the credentials and they are correct. I am able to ping the camera's IP from VSM.

Please assist.

An Update:

The issue has been fixed. It was the firmware causing this issue.

We were running V2.4.0-10 earlier .We deleted the IP Camera and upgraded the firmware to the latest V2.5.0-9 and added the camera back. It worked fine.
