Video analytics 4500 camera question

Hi

we are going to install and configure IP camera 4500 that support video analytics to use it for some purposes in the customer site and i have some questions regarding the video analytics part:

1- i tried to configure tripwire rule to detect persons on some area and after drawing the tripwire and choose to detect person and saving the rule on the camera, i cannot see anything on the camera view. what should i do to make the camera recognize persons crossing the tripwire??

2- how can i see the tripwire events?

any one have experince with video analytics cameras??

Hi,

We use 4500 camera analytics with VSOM 6.3.2 system. VSOM receives events from the camera.
