Hello Everyone,
Please I would ask you help to resolve an issue with the Analog VG224.
I`m implementing IPT in a site witch uses FAC codes to dial out.
Using it with IP phones witch are 20% of the overall phones,it works fine, however when trying to dial out using the analog extension of the VG224, the system does not ask for the FAC and the call fails.
Removing de FAC from the route it completes the call normally.
Does anyone has a clue why the analog is not receiving the beep to insert the code and call is failling?
