Hi all,
From CSPC version 2.7 onwards the default upload templates are no longer automatically made available. You must create an upload profile to whatever service you are using be it NOS, SNTC or PSS.
To do this go to Settings > Manage Upload Profiles > Click on Add Upload Profile.
Once there, give your profile a title and click generate to automatically generate an Identifier. In the following section click Single Collection Profile and select SNTC, PSS or NOS from the drop down menu.
Make sure Export to Remote Server is enabled in the following section, as this makes sure the data gets uploaded to the back-end server.
Under Select Module for Upload, click Upload Inventory, select Upload All Device Data from the Select Devices menu and select Upload Syslogs with a Time Interval and Upload DAV Data as needed. Do not select From Last Successful Upload as this can create issues in the SNTC/PSS portals.
In the following section you can schedule a periodic upload if needed.
Click OK at the bottom and proceed to click the Upload box at the top of the page. You should now see the profile listed that you just created. This will ensure that the data goes to the correct back-end server.
