Hi Team - Have a customer who is trying to grant access to a user at their company. We went through the user company associations steps but getting an error that the user is associated to another company but we have checked the Cisco profile and they are associated to the correct company and contracts with the specified company.
Can i provide the CCOID in PM to look into?
