Currently used the GUI to upgrade and have let it sit for 24 hours. After that I have logged in to the admin shell and get the following output when running a "show download progress"
admin# show download progress
Package Name Package Status Downloaded Percentage

sp-30.0.4-0-0-lnx64 Downloading 1
admin# download sp-30.0.4-0-0-lnx64
Requested package is already downloaded and applied.
I saw in https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/support/docs/cloud-systems-management/common-services-platform-collector-cspc/CSPC-ReleaseNotes-2732.pdf that there is a way to reset the status but I'm not sure if the carriage returns carry over from the doc and am wondering if this is still a process I can use to cancel the download and try to start it from the CLI.
