Not receiving Devnet Sandbox VPN credential emails

Hi,

 

I've tried a couple of times, i am not receiving email with the VPN details for the DEVNET sandbox(s). I've got one active (e58dc3a8-8bcb-4386-834a-10f95da9580c) at the moment if that helps.
