Hello,
Some of my customers are trying to give my cco account CBRAdmin rights to their SNTC portal through CSAM, but all of the roles are greyed out. I am experiencing this with 2 separate customers, where one has a services first contract which is definitely still active and my cco has complete access.
Launching a TAC case, opening a customer support case... No one has been able to assist me getting this resolved. Could someone here assist me in getting to the cause of this issue?
