Hello all,
I am having issues with two seperate sites. I will post the output below, I am confused though to the bad service we are receiving as the output seems to be fine according to all that I have read. Any second opinions would be brilliant.

I've deleted my post because someone's has given it a low score. My findings are correct and true but the low score will be mis-interpreted by other people as an incorrect answer. This I will not accept.

Site "B" noise is not good.
Refer to this document: http://www.dslreports.com/faq/16220

Thanks for the reply Leo.
I have read the different docs, we are already using the noise-margin 3 command otherwise we would be in even more trouble.
The site is complaining that connections are really really slow. They are only using Citrix and the bandwidth looks fine, would the actual noise cause these issues?

Thanks for your input Leo its much appreciated.
I hear what you are saying, but I am still perplexed.
What I do not understand is why we get massive spikes in the ping when everything looks ok?

Dan,
Have you performed an MTU test?

MTU Test?

with only half a meg upload and four + people using the site im wondering if it is more just a over saturation issue really..

Dan,
I agree. Test it with only one PC working and see if you get good results. If yes, try using all four PCs simultaneously and see if you get ping spikes, slow speed, etc. Depending on what the users are doing, half a meg is pretty low for 4 users.

I think you're just maxing out the bandwidth, which will result in all sorts of weird things since nothing is made for delays anymore.
If you can limit each computer to 10k/sec, see if that solves the error problem. If so, then it's just being overloaded.
