tk,

Delete the username and password from VPN Users and create a new one. Sometimes the problem is with a corrupt user database.

Can you ping the WAN IP from the internet if that feature is enabled in the firewall?

Is Remote Management enabled and working on port 443 or 60443?

- Marty

Hi,

I try create new quickvpn user for testing and delete old one

I cannot ping wan ip, but i dont think this is an issue, because in 1.0.3.5 quickvpn is working

remote management is enable and port 60443

Thanks

tk,

The reason I ask about ping and remote management is to establish that inbound traffic is able to reach the router. If you cannot ping the router or manage it remotely then you likely cannot connect using QuickVPN either.

Go to Firewall-> Attack Checks and enable: Respond to Ping on WAN (Internet)

From the internet, try to ping the WAN IP of the router.

"remote management is enable and port 60443"

That is good and it is required for QuickVPN access. The question is, does it work? Can you reach the router from the internet if you type https://:60443 and log into the web interface?

Hi, Marty

I can ping WAN IP:60443 and https:\\WAN IP:60443 and logon to the web interface

but still not working for the quickvpn

Thanks

Error msg as below

========================================================

Failed to establish a connection

This could be casue by one of the following

1. Incorrect password

2. No valid IP for the network card

3. Incorrect server address

4. Windows Vista/Windows7 with Windows Firewall disabled, which disabled IPSec service

5. Local IP address conflicts with the subnet of remote VPN Server
