Cisco shows wrong firmware version after FW upgrade.

May be i am not sure, once you updated the firmware, have you rebooted the device ? and still show old firmware ?

Hi,

Please check the firmware selected in “Active Image after reboot” option, save the router configuration and reboot the router. Hopefully router will show the correct firmware information.
