Easy VPN software to use with RV320 extra cost?

I just purchased 5 RV320s to use at my different sites. I have the first two sites talking site-to-site VPN and now I am trying to set up client access. I wanted to use the Easy VPN software, but it's not on the CD. Just doc was on the CD. After I could not find it for download, I used the CHAT support option and was told that I had to establish a support contract before I could get the Easy VPN software.

This does not sound right.

One of the reasons I chose the RV320 because I wanted a good client that supported both windows and Linux, and Easy VPN seemed to fit the need.

So, it's not down-loadable as of a few months ago. :-(

Then, what is the best VPN client option for a remote user running Windows to connect to the RV320?

Currently there is a Third party VPN client software called Greenbow. Product is not supported by Small Business Support Center, but our datasheet states that its interoperable with RV320.  Most users are able to get it to work. Try the link below, which has a complete guide on how to install and configure Greenbow. If unable to get it to work other available options for client to gateway Vpn try PPTP and web browser SSL.
