FTD 1010 AnyConnect License Help

I purchased an FTD Device and have successfully set it up on the edge of the internet.  Now I am attempting to set up my VPN connections and the initial steps are to download the AnyConnect software as it can be uploaded to the device. I navigated to https://software.cisco.com/software/csws/ws/platform/home?locale=en_US# selected download, then searched for AnyConnect, and found a list of AnyConnect software downloads. There is a warning message: AnyConnect 4.9 is available to customers with active AnyConnect Apex, Plus or VPN Only term/contracts. See the AnyConnect Ordering Guide for options. Software Download problems?

Here is what I purchased:
        Cisco FirePower 1010 Next-Generation Firewall
Cisco Smart Net Total Care-Extended service agreement
Cisco Threat Defense Threat, Malware and URL-Subscription license (1 year)
        Cisco AnyConnect Plus-Subscription license (1 year) + 1 Year
Software Application Support plus Upgrades (SASU) - 1 user - volume -
            25-99 licenses - ESD

Nothing in the shipment looks like License paperwork.  I have two questions:

1) How do I get the License number and where do I enter it?

2) Once I am set which file do I download? (I only have Windows 10 clients)

Thanks Omar,

My Cisco Provider never sent me the links to associate my software license with my Smart Account. I finally got the email from my provider vpci.com, However, its now confusing because I see the Pak/Token here: https://software.cisco.com/software/swift/lrp/#/pak and I see the other licenses here https://software.cisco.com/#SmartLicensing-Inventory and nowhere do I see my device. When I try to add my device ( Cisco Firepower Perpetual) it asks for a license. Where do I find the license for my Firepower? in the Box? from my Provider?

Scott

Update, I did successfully assign my Pak/Token to my Smart Account and I did convert my Pak/Token to Smart Licensing but I still cannot download the anyconnect-win-4.9.05042-predeploy-k9.zip . I get a pop up directing me to buy licenses.

Update2 - I ended up contacting Cisco support from Cisco Worldwide Support Contacts - Cisco and they logged into my cisco.com account and verified that I could not access/download the AnyConnect files. We established that all my Licensing was correct and up to date. They reset my account Licensing and device registration and somehow the account responded and I was finally able to access and down load the necessary files.

Hi,

1) Depends of the FTD version, after 6.2.1 you should use Smart Account. Smart Account is a cloud box that contains the licenses that you purchased, so you need to link the FDM or FMC to the Smar Account.

2) I recommend AnyConnect 4.9.

"For customers with Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) 6.2.1 or later, please follow the instructions in Section 6.0.4 in order to share your AnyConnect license with your Smart account."
