Hello to all and Merry Christmas!!!

I have a RV345 main router at the office. It conects locally a a few PCs using Vlan2 with IP:10.0.0.1/24

I've also connected remotely using L2tp vpn a few laptops and assign dinamically for them IPs from network:10.0.1.61-10.0.1.80

This laptops need to connect at a server with IP fix:10.0.0.104 and also to print some docs at printer with IP 10.0.0.102.

My question is: How to setup IPs from class 10.0.1.61-10.0.1.80 to see the IP from 10.0.0.1/24?

Thx

The mask for 10.0.0.104 was 255.0.0.0.So I've changed it in 255.255.255.0 and ping works so I can connect to the server.Thank you for best cooperation. Also it works with 255.255.0.0..I don't understand why.

What IP address do users get when they try to access the 10.0.0.X/24 network what is the error you get?

do you have any ACP which is allowed or denied ?

No ACP is configured. External users get IP from class 10.0.1.61-10.0.1.80. When they ping 10.0.0.104,they get the error:

C:\Users\pc>ping 10.0.0.104

Pinging 10.0.0.104 with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
Request timed out.

after conneting can you post

ipconfig /all

route print

(on RV 345 what logs you see ? when you initiated the ping from VPN pool IP ?)

The mask for 10.0.0.104 was 255.0.0.0.So I've changed it in 255.255.255.0 and ping works so I can connect to the server.Thank you for best cooperation. Also it works with 255.255.0.0..I don't understand why.

that mask we do not have any visibility, so you are the star to identify the end device config (was wrong or not)

glad you were able to figure out the issue.

10.0.0.104/8 is supernet (255.0.0.0)

10.0.0.104/16  (255255.0.0)
