Hi

I am looking to a RV230-K9-NA, and I am looking to purchase a 3 year service support contract something to cover:

• Three-year support for Cisco Small Business products
• Unlimited telephone and online chat support with Cisco engineers,
• Next-business-day advance hardware replacement
• Software releases
• Online service request tools

Which one should I purchase?

 CON-SBS-SVC1, CON-SBS-SVC2, CON-SBS-SVC3, and CON-SBS-SVC4?

Hi,

The Small Business Support Service Contract states it provides software/firmware releases.  So what's the difference between this and the firmware release that I can download now on this link without a service contract.

I'm sorry you haven't received a reply to this yet.

To answer your question, there is not difference in regards to firmware releases. You will be able to get all firmware releases with or without a contract.

The difference is related to software downloads, for example: The RV320 supports the Easy VPN via the CIsco VPN Client 5.0. The only way for you to get the client from the Cisco Website is to get a contract on the RV320.
