registering RV340 Smart License fails with timeout error

I have been trying to register a device for a couple days and keep getting "communication timeout" error.  I thought maybe servers were down but since it's been almost 24 hrs maybe it's something else?  My Smart account is active but does not have any licenses.  I am just trying to get the eval going on this unit.  Firmware is latest, etc..  Any ideas?

 - Are their any (other) fire-walling restrictions between the RV and the Internet ?

Couple of questions :

 

1. From Device connecte network you have internet ready and able to resolve cisco site.

I am sure you might have followed, just checking before jumop on other diag issue, as such i do not see any issue with smart license servers, what part of country you trying to register ?

 

try telnet registger server from PC? do you see port open for port 443

Actually, I'm an idiot.  Time was not set!!  So now I am registered but ran into another issue.  It seems the router has lost it's eval license?  It want's to pull a valid license from my Smart License account but of course I don't have one because I wanted to run the eval first.  When I go to "choose license" page the only thing that shows appears to be the "real" license.  When I go to the Security/IPS page for instance it tells me I need a license with no option for eval.  Maybe I need to de-register and re-register again?
