Hello,
I have a RV345 dual wan vpn router connected as following:
Wan1- to ethernet with IP dedicated-1Gbps
Wan2-to a gsm router-IP dinamic-300Mpbs
From ISP I got one dedicated IP and I setup on Wan1. I want to use Wan2 like back up for Wan1. Because IP dedicated is allocated for a specific MAC address of Wan1, for Wan2 I have to clone MAC of wan1 and setup the same IP address.
in Multi-Wan submenu I configure Wan1 as first precendence(and 100% weight by percentage) like in the picture.
Should I configure "policy binding table" from MultiWan submenu or it is enough?

Wan2 I have to clone MAC of wan1 and setup the same IP address.
not sure why do you need to clone, if you looking WAN failover that works as expected, you do not need to clone MAC

IP dedicated is assigned by ISP based on MAC of Wan1.
