RV042/Multiple SIP: v3 hardware v4 firmware

The following caveats on the RV042 are acknowledged in release 4.2.1.02:
Problem: When multiple phones on the LAN use the same SIP port, the router will change these SIP ports on every registration. This can affect existing inbound calls, where the foreign end bye can be dropped due to the router not maintaining existing NATing during registration. (CSCty22521)

Solution: Enable Port forwarding for SIP and RTP ports

My question is: If I understand the listed solution correctly:: If I Port forward for SIP and RTP ports, then this will no longer route correctly to multiple phones.

Note: SIP worked flawlessly in hardware v1.3 for the hundreds of RV042's that we have rolled out. However with v3 hardware, we are having issues.

If I Port forward for SIP and RTP ports, then I must point it to only one IP address (basically selecting one phone)... therefore the other phones will never see inbound traffic.

Anyone successfully have muilple hosted SIP phones working behind an RV042 with v3 hardware?
