RV130 VPN Setup and IPSec Error

I just got a RV130 and setting up the VPNs

I followed the how-to from this link:

both Android(stock) and windows 10 devices can connet in to the VPN via PPTP

and both cannot connet in to it via IPSec

You should not use PPTP it's no longer secure (and hasn't been for quite a long time).  IPSec is almost always paired with L2TP. IPSec is the encryption and L2TP is the "tunneling protocol". They go together.  What you are looking for is a configuration setting that likely says "L2TP/IPsec" or "L2TP over IPSec".
