After a factory reset, static IP settings won't fully load websites. Was working fine before reset. Connected laptop and several routers with the static settings and web works fine. Turned off "Enable Network Service Detection" under System Management | Dual WAN. The browser bar loads about 25% then freezes and won't proceed. Is there anything else that needs to be configured for static IP to work? I'm on latest firmware...

Remove the WAN Connection from Router. reload the Device - check is the Router can access web GUI as expected.?
there were some exploits on these models, so check no outside connection allowed for web GUI and https access. remote management make it Lan IP range.
then connect to WAN and check, do you have dual WAN connection or one ISP ?

It’s showing that the connection is up and then it fails.
