RV345 VLAN won't save

Hi,

I've had this problem with the router prior, and gave up on the process.   I am now trying to create a new different VLAN, and when I hit apply, the page reloads and the new VLAN is not applied.  See the attached picture.  Device is RV345-K9 V04 with Firmware - 1.0.03.20 and Signature - 2.0.0.0014 .  Router has been updated since having this issue.

Hello,

Are you trying to add this VLAN2 with 172.16.5.0 subnet? If so there should be no problem creating that VLAN. I just tried to create the same VLAN on the RV345 in the lab with the latest firmware 1.0.03.20 and it works fine. You can contact our technical support team STAC and open a case on that issue. Contact details are as follows:
