Hi,
i bought a rvl200 last week and installed it last weekend. After using the router approx. 1 hour the router crashes and does not work anymore. I need to disconnect the router from power.
Does anyone knows if this is a configuration problem or a hardware problem?

I am having the same problem. I configured a new RVL200 out of the box and put it online. Initally the router worked well for about six hours and then it crashed. I cycled power and functionality returned for about 15 minutes and then it crashed again.
Did you find a solution? Was it hardware or configuration?

Hi Shaun,
i called the cisco hotline. They told me to reinstall the firmware with the effect that the router crashed while updating and had no functionality after this. Then the replaced the router. I got today a new one and it workes fine.
