So I went to update the firmware on my SA520 last night and aparently something failed, the device restarted and now it doesn't respond to anything. The Diag light stays light and the factory reset button does nothing no matter how long I hold it in. Is there another way to reset the device?

Hello Sean,
Is the device providing any port connectivity? If you had remote management enable, are you able to access the WAN of the device?
Without any port connectivity, unfortunately there is not a way to access the device.
You may call the SBSC for additional support any time as long as you have an entitled serial number and a Cisco user ID.

There is no port connectivity whatsoever. It just seems to hang during boot, and the reset button doesn't work at all.

I have a SA520 with the same issue. Any chance there is a CLI option? What about flashing it off the USB port or something. I don't want it to go to the landfill.

Same here any luck ?
Or it's another cisco $400 down the drain ?

Yeah sorry it seems it is trashed. I took mine apart for spare parts and trashed the rest. Maybe look at a RV180 or RV130. I got a RV180 a while back and it has similar features.
