Dear Peter,

Thank you for reaching the Small Business Support Community.

I am not sure I quite understand your inquiry, but if you wonder about remote access management on the SRP527 please check on the below document;

http://sbkb.cisco.com/CiscoSB/Loginr.aspx?login=1&pid=2&app=search&vw=1&articleid=2444

If this is not what you are looking for please explain and/or contact the Small Business Support Center to have a TAC engineer better assist you;

Please do not hesitate to reach me back if there is any further assistance I may help you with.

Kind regards,

thanks the remote access is all set correct on the router i started a chat and remote session with an engineer but he couldnt identify the problem so i have sent him some information on the network setup and waiting on his reply.

I have been away so not much has progressed with this so I was doing some browsing and came across this;

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk583/tk372/technologies_configuration_example09186a0080094634.shtml

from what I understood it sounds like something similar to me in that it wont allow connection to the router through the VPN, but I don't fully understand it as it is slighlty different to my setup.
