Let me know if I understand well, in this moment Vlan1 has no access to Vlan2 and vice versa, now you want to allow the access from Vlan1 to Vlan 2 but restrict the access from Vlan2 to Vlan1, if I am right, please follow the configuration below.
Step 1. Go to Setup > Advanced Routing and select Inter-Vlan Routing and click save.
Step 2. You need to restrict the access from Vlan2 to Vlan1, in this case you need to set an access rule in firewall settings to restrict the Access Rule. Here you will see some steps to configure the Access Rule.
