VPN between WRVS4400 and SA520

Hi,

I have set up a site to site VPN between a WRV4400 and a SA520.

The VPN is up but no traffic is passing inside. From each side, i can ping the remote gateway but i can't ping the remote network, i get "

Request timed out".

The SA520 is functionnal because i have 2 others site to site VPN connected on which are working nice. I have checked the log files but there is nothing special.

The SA520 and the WRVS4400 have been upgraded to the last firmware.

Where can be the problem?

Is there an incompability between these devices?

Regards

Hi Julien, thank you for using our forum, my name is Luis I am part of the Small business Support community. In this case I suggest you to check the firewall setting of each host, below you will find a link with some tips to configure the firewall settings in Windows.

Let me know if this procedure works for you.

I hope you find this answer useful

Greetings,

Luis Arias.

Cisco Network Support Engineer.

Hi Luis,

Sorry for the delay of response,

I try to ping my network printer so this isn't a firewall problem.

On the site B (wrvs4400n), the router can ping the printer. On the site A (sa520) so on the other side of the VPN, i can ping router B but i can't reach the printer.

Regards
