If you connect each switch to both ISP:

Pros: - you can achieve load balancing even with static routing, in the conditions that SW1 will be the active gateway for your LAN

        - additional redundancy

Cons: - higher price

I don't know which routing protocol are you using between ISP and your network, but if you have multiple providers, I would suggest BGP.

Otherwise, this is a good setup, just set the proper routing protocol and your good to go.

If you keep the connection as is it, you can configure GLBP on your switches to have load balancing over the two providers, for LAN hosts

Let me know if you need more help.

Cheers,

Calin
