10Gb Ethernet Support for ASR1002-X series

There are a few conflicting information on CCO.  I am not able to confirm if ASr1002-X series router has 10Gb Ethernet support.  I know it doesn't have built-in 10Gb port like HX series, but 1002-X series does support 3 SPA modules.  Can each of these modules support 2-Port 10Gb SFP+ ports?

 ASR1002-X - not by default it supports 10GB

I agree that by default it won't support 10Gb.  But the point I was referring to that 1002-X does support 3 SPA adapters.  Will those adapters support 10Gb.  This is not clear on CCO doc

Yes SPA support 10GB and you need a performance license to reach that 10GB.

As far as I am aware, ASR-specific SIP/SPA are compatible among the ASR1000/100X-X.

And do not forget to enable the necessary 10- or 20 Gbps license. 

You can check using the command: 

sh license feature

And make sure "throughput_10g" or "throughput_20g" is set to "Enabled".
