1841 Router - adding a Fast/Ethernet WIC

Have an 1841 Router that's currently passing traffic to from my 192.168.1.x network to another site with my 192.168.9.x network.  I want to put a new network at this same location, a 192.168.10.x network, but the 1841 router only has 2 Fast/Ethernet ports.  Can I add a 1 port HWIC to this router to handle the routing for the .10.x network?  Am I even thinking this through correctly?  Struggling to wrap my head around this.  Any help is appreciated.
