Good Day all,
I have an 1841 router that was working perfectly untill a reboot. After rebooting the router constantly boots into ROMMON. I changed the flash card for the router and it works ok. But using the original flash it boots to ROMMON. Below is the bootup message that appears:

I would like to know what causes this problem and how to fix it....if possible. I have had this router for only a month.

HI;
POssibly the Flash is couurpted. do contact cisco TAC and get it replaced or get TAC support for formatting and installing IOS on compact flash
since it a month old device only....

Hi Friend,
The router is not able to find a valid IOS in the flash and hence it is booting to ROMMON
This may be caused due to a corrupted flash file or the IOS is deleted accidently
