I have a ring of 4 routers which I need to have 2 separate ring on the same devices. Thinking of running 2 different ospf processes. Is this the good practice? Thanks for the input

It's unclear what you're trying to really accomplish.
Multiple OSPF processes is unusual.
If you're looking for logical topology separation, you might be better served using VRFs.

Hi Joseph,
4 routers each has 4 interfaces: 2 40G and 2 10G to make 2 rings Traffic A is only on 40G and traffic B is only on 10G, I may have to redistribute some traffic between them.
Thanks

Ah, got it.
You should be able to use two OSPF processes like that.
Another alternative might be using PfR with PIRO (if supported on your routers).
