Does anyone know if I can config dot1q on an Ethernet port on the above router. I'm trying to set up a couple of VLAN's for testing on an old router we have. I've tried several times only to no avail I keep getting this error
Configuring IP routing on a LAN subinterface is only allowed if that
subinterface is already configured as part of an IEEE 802.10 or ISL vLAN.
