the router 2801 swicht on, but no output from console port
I can not access by any interface
I think the only way to restore is via hardware (jumper)
anyone could help me?

There is no jumper to reset. Try connecting the router to another PC and using a different console cable.
If still no output, remove all the WIC cards, open it, reseat memory and power connectors.
Failing that, the router will need to be replaced.

I think that an unknown console speed by a bad config-register.
In 2600 & 3600 series there is a jumper to set the default console speed.
On 2800 there is a similar jumper but with only two pings.
reset memory and power conectors? I can not access via console.

Hi,
with bad console speed you should see something on the console - in fact by length and pattern of garbage, with experience, you can even tell which speed the console is set for. Or try different speeds with terminal.
No output indeed means bad router.
