2811 - Need specific IOS!

I have a 2811 router, running 12.3(8)T6 (SPSERVICES). I would like to configure this router as a VPN endpoint, firewall, but I'll also need to run voice through this device as well, in the future. When I load 12.4.1a (ADVANCED SECURITY), the IOS does not recognize the 2 FXO interfaces I have installed.

I need an IOS for this device that will ultimately run firewalling, VPN, Voice and IPS. Is this possible, or can I only have one or the other?

Well obviously you would get everything working in "Advanced Enterprise Services", but I think you could settle with "Advanced IP Services".
