Hi
If your query was abt the channelised E1 card , then it supports NM-2CE1T1-PRI card.
In case if you require further info , go to the tools option in cisco site and look out for dynamic configuration tool --guest login is fine and you can search for the same.

I have a few 2821's running the VWIC-1MFT-G703 WIC, which supports E1 circuits. One site is in Ireland and the other is in Germany. I think your best bet is to ask your ISP exactly how they are going to 'deliver' the circuit (framed/unframed, PPP/Frame Relay) and then verify with them which WIC you should buy. But in general, I think a 2811 should be fine.
Relevant info from one of my configs:
controller E1 0/0/0
channel-group 0 unframed
!
interface Serial0/0/0:0
description Outside Interface

encapsulation ppp
