2811 router cant startup !!!!?

Hi,

 

we had power failure it cause all network equipment to reload but the Cisco router 2811 didn't come back . when i connect to console cable its show the following message :

and its hang with no response . i would like to know if this software issue or hardware issue.

Hello.

If you mean, that power reset does not help once you see the error, then I would suggest to try replacing RAM module on the device.

you was correct it was issue with router RAM and we going to replace the router it self and restore the configuration backup .
