What kind of feature set of IOS for NAT. I need it for my Cisco 3700 router.

I would guess NAT would be in IP Base (or better). Cisco's feature navigator should confirm, but you'll need to know what specific version of IOS you want to check. Features not only vary between IOS feature sets, but someone vary between IOS versions (same feature set) and occasionally even revisions.
