I have a 3825 with fan 3 failing according to syslog messages.
ENVMON-4-FAN_LOW_RPM: Fan 3 service recommended
I have taken the router a part and see that fan 3 is slimmer than fans 1 and 2. I am trying to find a replacement fan, but only can find fans 1 and 2.

This fan http://www.cablesandkits.com/cisco-3725-router-replacement-chassis-fan-p-4638.html looks like it could be the same but I do not have a 3725 to verify.
Does anyone know how I can verify if it is the same fan? Or where I can find a replacemenet 3825 fan 3? Thanks.
