Yes as long as it came from Cisco.  Nothing less.

Cisco won't assist you with any issues if your router encounters problems and it's caused by 3rd party harware.

If you buy from a reputable vendor, non-Cisco memory will work just fine.

Hmm that's what I thought.  I guess that just confirms what we knew already about using third party DIMM.  Thanks for the replies.
