3925 router firmware update question.

I inherited a 3925 router that I don't believe has ever had a IOS update. It's on IOS c3900-universalk9-mz.SPA.150-1.M3.bin.

I'm wanting to update to IOS c3900-universalk9-mz.SPA.155-3.M2.bin.

Are their interim update needed to get to the version I want to be using? I couldn't find any thing in the release notes.

You can go straight to the IOS of your choice.  Read the Release Notes and verify the flash and DRAM available. 

If you plan to upgrade the IOS, then don't hesitate to upgrade the ROMmon too.
