4321 router boot problem

hi,

suddenly I ahve problem with router after power outage .... stuck in loop. Any way out of this?

Go to ROMMON and check by issue dir  ( do you see any other images in the flash?)

Other hand Looks like the image invalid ? do you have any older version IOS , then copy in to USB and get on to ROMMON and Try to boot.

Post the complete output to the command "set". 

Can the router boot firmware 16.6.4?  If it can, load that.  

Once it boots up, download 17.3.5 and unpack the package files in Install Mode.

Where did this router come from?

Did this router come direct from Cisco or was this purchased from "somewhere else"?

Because the License is gone.  

Try the following command in ROMMON: 

set LICENSE_BOOT_LEVEL appxk9,appxk9:esg

WARNING:  Case sensitive.

Raise a TAC Case and RMA the router. 

WARNING:  When raising an RMA, make sure the case is queued to EMEA or NAM/LATAM desk.

Due to Power Failure, something went wrong.,

Worth contacting Cisco TAC for RMA for replacement.
