7609 Console Problem

Dear All,

One of my 7609 Supervisor 720 Console is not responding to my inputs.... but showing logs and all. I am connecting this thro. Com1 of my laptops or PCs with hypertrm. Whereas my redudant sup is working fine and also i m able to login to console of primary sup thro. software.

Any suggestions pls.

I had a similar situation.If you still can telnet to the active sup, try "no logging console" and try to console again.This may help.
