7841 SIP Phone not registered with the CME

Hello Team,

i need you kind assistance in solving the 7841 phones not registered with the CME,  i am using 4331 router and 2960 Non POE switch.  I can see the voice VLAN, TFTP server IP, and ping the phone but the phone still unregistered.  i am working on this since several day with no luck

I am able to ping the router, switch, TFTP server IP ( I am using the router as TFTP Server), and the phone but still the phone still unregistered, I have been work this for a long time with no luck.

kindly so I need to connect the PC to the switchport that phone is connected and give the voice vlan IP

for example

interface vlan 10

ip address 192.168.1.5 255.255.255.0

then I will ping the switchport.

ping the CME server (via IP and FQDN  ) from the pc that will be attached to the switchport assigned to the voice vlan, make sure you use the correct addressing (ip/subnet/default-gateway and dns)

- phone locale files

- Music On Hold

- Ringtones

Hi George,

I am able to download the file,  I need one more favor regarding the trace logs,  when I tried to run # sho flash to figure out where I extracted the cme file I found that have hundred of trace logs. i tried # clear logs but I still have the trace logs. below is short example
